19- Constant headaches and tedium
Kidneys represent a veritable powerhouse in the human anatomy. Their duties do not only revolve around cleansing the body, but also contributing in the generation of vitamin D. The latter is indispensable for the body’s durability maintenance, strengthening both muscles and bones. Additionally, kidneys are responsible for creating Erythropoietin, a hormone that contributes into the production of red blood cells. If it is not produced as heavily as it should be, it will risk a shortage in red blood cells, therefore triggering anemia, therefore triggering headaches and exhaustion.
As discussed previously, anemia comes part and parcel with kidney failure. Anemia’s most prominent symptoms are constant headaches and fatigue due to the thinness of blood. Should you ever feel that you are suffering from said symptoms, do not hesitate to visit your doctor in order to get yourself checked.
